Questions before you begin
Do I need to schedule a call?No. Your coaching takes place by email. Live calls and text messaging are not included.
What if I have more than one question?One focused topic per weekly email helps Marlene give your question the attention it deserves. You can use up to four replies during the 30 days; unused replies do not roll over.
What happens after 30 days?Your purchase ends. If you want to continue, you can buy another 30-day period. There is no automatic charge.
Is this right for urgent support?Email is not monitored for urgent needs. Coaching is educational and supportive, not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.
