About Course

SoulFiire After Dark · Adults 18+

Make room for what lights you up—and learn to put it into words. Say the Thing is a practical, self-paced introduction to conversations about affection, desire, preferences, and boundaries. You can explore the lessons on your own, whether you are single, dating, or in a relationship.

Across six written lessons, you will clarify what you want to discuss, choose a useful time to talk, turn a vague wish into a clear request, listen without assuming, express a boundary, and plan a thoughtful follow-up. The printable workbook includes everyday examples, conversation scripts, private reflection prompts, and a connection check-in.

Expect warmth, direct language, and a little humor. There are no required intimate disclosures or partner activities. Adapt the examples to your own voice and skip any exercise you do not want to complete.
